Murtaza combines a strong foundation in biomedical sciences with experience across market access, health economics and portfolio strategy.

Murtaza holds a BSc(Hons) Biomedical Sciences from The University of Manchester. During his final year at The University of Manchester Murtaza was part of a Life Sciences Enterprise Project where he developed a solution to address the absence of a pancreatic cancer screening program in the UK and crafted a business plan.

Murtaza has previously worked as a Market Access Intern at a global pharmaceutical company where he gained experience in Health Economic and Outcomes Research, Pricing, Portfolio Strategy, and Market Access.
